Production Line Overview

Adopting high‑temperature and high‑pressure processing technology, the Fried Pasta & Rice Cracker Snacks Production Line is compatible with a wide range of grain raw materials including corn flour, rice flour and wheat flour. Raw materials are synchronously extruded by the twin‑screw main unit to manufacture popular puffed sandwich snacks in the market, such as wheat‑flavored chicken nuggets, sandwich rice crackers and sesame sticks. By replacing matched moulds and auxiliary equipment, the line can also produce nutritional powder, grain‑flake porridge and various shaped puffed leisure snacks.

The complete production line supports diverse raw material types. It features simple operation, convenient maintenance and repair, reasonable energy consumption and stable production capacity. Our equipment has been sold well at home and abroad and gained recognition from numerous cooperative customers.
